尽管上海先驱体育发展有限公司成立于2005年，旗下“先驱跆拳道”的师资团队却已经拥有了近20年的本土和海外教学经验，这也是我们为什么将跆拳道品牌命名为“先驱”，代表着我们是中国跆拳道推广的先行者。
      早在1992年，“先驱跆拳道”的创始人高春星师范就接受了多位台湾籍跆拳道大师的指导，成为上海本土的第一批黑带教练，并1994年代表上海公安代表队参加了在云南昆明举办的第一届全国跆拳道大赛，和原国家跆拳道队女队资深教练卢秀栋等同场竞技。

     同年，高师范受多家上海体育俱乐部邀请，担任跆拳道首席指导，成为上海首位在社会执教的本土跆拳道教练。在近20多年的执教生涯中，高师范不仅定期地前往韩国，台湾等地向众多的跆拳道大师们继续学习技艺，期间留学海外，获得了布拉福德大学商业管理学士学位。因此也受到其它国家俱乐部的邀请担任首席师范以及客座指导等。在新加坡等地创办高端跆拳道俱乐部并担任馆长负责运营管理，学员中不泛来自世界500强的企业精英们，包括了GE亚洲区高管，ORACLE亚洲区财务总监，IKEA投资总部亚洲区总裁等等，为中国师范在海外做出了良好的榜样。

      现在，高师范将海外先进的教学模式和理念带回到上海，并培育了一批批优秀的教练员们，让先驱跆拳道更好的为社会大众服务。

      Although "Shanghai Pioneer Sports development " was found only in 2005, the instructor team is holding nearly 20 years teaching experience in taekwodo wherever in local and overseas. That is the reason we named our brand -- "Pioneer Taekwondo", we are the pioneer in taekwondo development histroy of China.
      In the year of 1992, the founder of "Pioneer Taekwondo", Mr. Gao was started to train by Taiwanness taekwondo master then became frist batch of black belt in Shanghai. Represented Shanghai to compete with Mr. Lu (senior coach of China national female team ) in the first domestic taekwondo competition in 1994.

     At the same time, Mr.Gao was invited by serval sports club to teach taekwondo in Shanghai, then became a frist local taekwondo instructor teaching in the public. In the nearly 20 years teaching histroy, Mr. Gao still keep learning taekwondo from those top masters from Korea,US and Taiwan, and obtain honors degree in business and management study from University of Bradford.  Mr. Gao also join vanture taekwondo institute in Singapore and in charge of the managment, some of the students who are come from the top 500 enterpirses of the world , such as GE,ORACLE,IKEA and so on.
      Mr. Gao brings unique teaching system and concept back to Shanghai now, to train our instructors to be the best, and to serve the people better.
